Martin Luther King Jr was a featured guest on this seminal NYC television talk show hosted by Richard D. Heffner with guest Judge J. Waities Waring. The program provides a glimpse of the early period of the civil rights movement in the late 50's and King's strategy. watch online at archive.org
Open Mind "Race Relations in America" - 1963/1992 (120 min)
This program provides an insightful look into the state of the civil rights movement in 1963 and the turbulent days ahead. Guests included Malcom X (Minister, Mosque No7), Wyatt T Walker: (Southern Christian Leadership Conference), Alan Morrison (Editor, Ebony Magazine) and James Farmer (Director CORE - Congress of Racial Equality).
