Board Information
The Community Media Center of Marin is a non-profit organization governed by a 15 person Board of Directors. The Board meets on the 4th Thursday of each month. Below are organizational documents related to CMCM Policy and Governance.
2011 Member Meeting
The 2011 Annual CMCM Member Meeting will be held Nov 1st, 6-8pm (location TBA). There is one member-elected board position up for election this year. The details and nomination forms can be found here (PDF | Word Doc).
2011 Board Election Results
We are pleased to welcome Michael Wolpert to the CMCM board and wish to extend out thanks to Larry Strick for his candidacy as well. The election was very close with Michael taking 52% of the vote. Our sincere thanks to both candidates and to our members who took the time to vote.
The membership also approved a by-law revision to create an additional higher education board seat designated by Dominican University. We are pleased to welcome Brad Van Alstyne to the board as the appointee by Dominican, Brad is the chair of the Communications Department at Dominican.
