Marin Art and Garden Center’s basket-weaver-in-residence will show a variety of intricate pieces created from plants he grows at the Center or gathers around the Bay Area. Artist, author, conservationist and philosopher, Kaufmann is the author of The California Field Atlas, a guide to the state’s ecology and geography as well as The Forests of California, and The State of Water: CA's Precious Resource.
